If you have ever wondered how American Muscle Cars would stand up to Italian Sports Cars then you have to check out this great video of a Hemi Challenger drag racing a Lamborghini Countach.
I know the Lamborghini is a little out of it’s element on the drag strip and that the Hemi Challenger would have a hard time keeping up with it on the top end. But it is still great entertainment, and I would love to see this race in person.
Here is a glimpse of what the new Dodge Challenger convertible would have looked like, but unfortunately with everything that is going on in the auto industry this is a car that probably will never make it into production.
These pictures of the Dodge Challenger Convertible prototype were taken Kyle Paulson in the Detroit suburb of Auburn Hills where the Chrysler tech center and world headquarters are located. As you can see by the words scrap spray painted on the back and sides of this Dodge Challenger that it is probably being taken to the local scrap yard to be crushed.
